Greylock has an outstanding facility for strength training and weightlifting. This is a program that is designed for our elder campers. It encompasses everything from proper technique to safety in weightlifting. Each summer, we have a staff of qualified strength and conditioning coaches who run a program that challenges our campers. Many of the people who participate in the program are first-time lifters. There is also a cross country/conditioning component to the program that is open to younger campers. In 2021, the leader of our program was Tony Simmons, a former NFL player who specializes in sports performance with youth.
