Instruction in all sports is the keystone of the athletic program. Greylock's Instructional Clinic System is designed to motivate campers and staff members. Every camper, no matter what his skill level, deserves and receives daily instruction in the structured program. The program is defined by age. All campers have a prescribed schedule with a core curriculum of sports and nonsports activities.

The youngest campers have one elective per day, while the oldest campers may choose more than half of their daily schedule. Each activity is led by a true teacher or coach, most of whom have been associated with Greylock for years. They are professionals who have a scope and sequence of planned drills and games to develop each child.
